at-large · mayor: rotated-by-council · term limits: No person may serve more than three consecutive full (4-year) terms as a member of the City Council; a full term means a four-year term, and any portion less than a full term is not counted. After three consecutive full terms, a person is ineligible to serve again until at least a two-year break in service. Term limits apply prospectively to terms commencing on or after November 2, 2004. Confirmed on the city's own election page: 'The next General Municipal Election is scheduled to take place on November 3, 2026, for purposes of filling three (3) seats on the City Council for a four-year term.'
