💰 Sewer fees for central Anaheim

• Public hearing, 5:30 PM: two resolutions — one adopting the Central Anaheim Master Plan of Sanitary Sewers dated April 2026 and the Central Anaheim Sanitary Sewer Financial Implementation Plan dated April 2026 (rescinding Resolution No. 2026-058), and one amending the Sewer Impact and Improvement Fees for the central area of the city, with a finding that the actions are exempt from CEQA under Public Resources Code Section 21080(b)(8) and Guideline Section 15273(a). • $5,214,896.54 to CT&T Concrete Paving, Inc., the lowest responsible bidder, for the Citywide Safe Routes to School Sidewalk Gap Closure Project, with an escrow agreement for contract retentions under Public Contract Code Section 22300. Item 17

🤝 Property, development & funding agreements

• $10,265,000 acquisition of 1213 and 1227 S. Claudina Street from ATN Asset Holding Company, LLC, under an Agreement for Sale of Property and Joint Escrow Instructions, with an MOU with the Anaheim Tourism Improvement District (ATID) Transportation Committee providing that the property be maintained for eligible transportation purposes — and that if it is not, or is sold, the ATID share of net proceeds returns to the ATID Transportation Component Fund. Includes a CEQA exemption finding and a Public Works FY 2026/27 budget amendment from that fund. Item 18
• OCVIBE: three resolutions — declaring a portion of city-owned property "exempt" surplus land under Government Code Section 54221(f)(1)(C); approving Operating Memorandum No. 3 to the OCVIBE Mixed-Use Project Amended and Restated Development Agreement No. 2020-00004 with Anaheim Real Estate Partners, LLC, TS Anaheim, LLC, and FCD, LLC, memorializing clarifications on the Deck A, Lot B, South Plaza, and First Residential Phase (Project Phase 2) final site plans; and approving an Acquisition Agreement for the CFD 08-1 Improvements contemplated in that development agreement. • An Intergovernmental Agreement with the California Department of Health Care Services for $1,200,288 ($1,000,240 for a program plus a $200,048 assessment fee) as a one-time intergovernmental transfer to recover unreimbursed ambulance transport revenues, through June 30, 2028; plus a rate-range program agreement with CalOptima Health, at a 2% administrative fee, with estimated revenue of $2,730,138 less CalOptima's 2% share, for January 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028.
