The headline: two public hearings. The council will consider a resolution "establishing updated fees, and charges for various municipal services" — a citywide update to the user and regulatory fee schedule that would affect anyone paying for permits, plan checks, or city services. It will also conduct the annual review of the city's development agreements with USA Portola Properties ("Baldwin"), Lennar Homes, and Toll Brothers West, with staff recommending a finding that all three are in good-faith compliance.
