• Use Permit 01-26-5853 to establish and operate a 54,184 sq. ft. indoor badminton facility (Royal Badminton Academy) in an existing building at 25392 Commercentre Drive, Suite A. The recommended action is to approve a categorical exemption under CEQA Guidelines Section 15301, direct the Director of Community Development to file a Notice of Exemption with the Clerk of the County of Orange, and adopt a resolution approving the use permit.
