💰 Measure M2 grants: 2027 guidelines and call for projects
- What is being revised: the Comprehensive Transportation Funding Programs guidelines, which the agenda describes as "the mechanism for both the administration of the annual competitive call for streets and roads projects and post award administration." Proposed 2027 revisions "include updates to the Regional Capacity Program (Project O), the Regional Traffic Signal Synchronization Program (Project P), and the grant payment process."
