The headline: the meeting's one public hearing asks the council to approve the issuance by the California Enterprise Development Authority (CEDA) of a tax-exempt loan "in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $10,000,000" for the benefit of St. Junipero Serra Catholic School and the Roman Catholic Bishop of Orange, to refund the outstanding portion of the California Municipal Finance Authority's Series 2016 refunding revenue bonds for the school. Everything else is on the consent calendar, led by $353,548.05 in warrant registers and a notice of completion for the Veterans Monument project.
