The headline: the commission was asked to approve Mariners Church's plan for a 33,422-square-foot, two-story religious assembly building with 276 parking spaces on a vacant 3.32-acre city-owned lot at the northeast corner of Warner Avenue and John Johnson Way in Tustin Legacy — and to recommend that the City Council adopt Ordinance No. 1581, a development agreement that would convey the city land for the project. A second hearing covered two new industrial warehouse buildings totaling 177,696 square feet on 8.3 acres at 2441 Michelle Drive.
